Instructor: Elaine Rawlings — Elaine Rawlings is a retired teacher from Hamiota, Manitoba. She has been a member of the Hamiota Art Club since the early 1980s. Elaine works mostly in watercolours but has explored watercolour batik, gouache resist, scratch art, line and wash, and pen and ink.
