Please note:

Classes for Participants Ages 5-8 will happen from 10:00AM to NOON
Classes for Participants Ages 9+ will happen from 1:00PM to 3:00PM
Each Class Costs $20.00/child
You will receive a confirmation email, please be aware some classes may be full when you sign up online.

DEADLINE TO SIGN-UP ONLINE FOR KID’S CLASSES

If you’re signing up online for kid’s classes, the deadline to sign up is NOON the day before the class. If you’re still interested in registering for that class — please visit the WCA in-person to ensure we still have spots and to complete registration!

Limited Regristration FOR Linocut KID’S CLASSEs

On July 11th and 29th we have limited registration spots for the linocut class. There are only seven spots available for each class.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Payment is required to reserve your spot in the class! Please pay before the class starts or your spot will not be reserved!

PROGRAM REGULATIONS

Each child must be signed in and out of the program. If a different adult is signing the child out at the end of the program -- please indicate this at sign in. Children cannot sign themselves in or out of the program. Each parents or guardian is expected to screen their child for wellness prior to signing them into class. Advance registration and payment is required. Refunds will not be provided when the program has begun or if the participant misses the program.

EXPECTATIONS FOR PARTICIPANT BEHAVIOUR

Each student will need to be independent and able to engage in the planned activities. A respectful and encouraging environment will be promoted and expected. Each participant is expected to follow instructions of the instructor. This makes the class a more enjoyable experience for all involved

WAIVER OF LIABILITY

I acknowledge that Wasagaming Community Arts and associated Board Members and Staff will not be responsible for any injuries incurred to myself or any minor under my care during the participation in any workshop, activity of event at the Art Gallery. I acknowledge no refunds will be offered for missed classes or sick days. Full refunds will be provided for any classes cancelled by the instructor.

I have read and understood the regulations for the program, I have provided complete information and waive any liability.

PHOTO PERMISSIONS

I acknowledge that photos may be taken of myself or minors under my care during the participation in workshops, classes, and events at the Wasagaming Community Arts, and that these photos may be used for promotional purposes by Wasagaming Community Arts. This includes printed materials, website features, social media. I will not expect any compensation for use.
